      Pros

      Some good people and great pay with good work/life balance in some departments.

      Cons

      Be mindful of sharing new ideas, if they don't like it you will be kindly asked to leave the company. The sales org is a mess and devalued. CSMs and SE's are overworked.

      Since Company sold to large private equity, CEO Margaret Craig has moved on, culture changed for the worse. Experiencing layoffs
