Managers are passive aggressive and you never know when they will attack you or single you out. You are not allowed to talk. You are not allowed to touch your cell phone. You are not allowed to take any vacation days off around Christmas. Managers are mean and cruel to some people for no reason. Favorites receive special privileges such as working from home.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
