      Too much short-term number focused, drive KPIs on paper, lack of people-oriented mindset & practice, keep on changing senior leaders.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
