Pros
I did not think it was possible to have such a great job in my career. I have worked for both toxic and positive environments in the past, and this company far exceeds my expectations of a corporate employer. Some of the many perks include: A very supportive, trusting, and collaborative manager, the best work/life balance, work that is a challenging and is allowing me to progress in my career, etc. Most importantly to me, the leadership team does a very good job of communicating and that goes from the CEO all the way down to our department leadership. The company has gone through a big transformation - that is true, and it has not been easy for all. However, the level of transparency has allowed me to feel comfortable with the changes that have taken place versus seeing other companies stay secretive throughout transformation processes. Other general perks that people consider when changing jobs: good pay and benefits, including the best 401k and bonus plan I've seen to date. Great vacation offerings and a comfortable modern office that includes standing desks and a gym for those that find these things to be important in their lifestyle.
Cons
I do not have a single con to list about this company, and believe me, I am an honest person that is not naïve to situations. I have a good sense for when things are bad, and again, although the company is going through many changes, I believe they are handling it better than most other corporate organizations I have seen.
