Pros

Good office environment, although not for everybody (open plan seating) Highly competent staff Company strives to be a leader in innovation Flexibility to work from home Valued brand and history Good compensation (not great)

Cons

Poor overall governance. Procedures and Policies lacking proper development and roll out Excessively complex organization with lack of clarity of roles and responsibilities Hyper-connectivity, difficult to disconnect from work in your free time IT platform and systems are a nightmare to navigate due to lack of integration and poor implementation and roll-out, resulting in an Excel-sheet based company Politics and favoritism abound, management by fear is common. High turnover of experienced staff and leadership Declining growth Horrible name change Project execution is sub-par, company lacks organization, structure, resources and skills to execute projects, yet they do it, with often disastrous impact to the bottom-line.

Pros

Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

Cons

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
