      International company with great opportunities to grow and be exposed to different levels in the organisation.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic and political. Too many templates and process to follow that don't add value and could be eliminated.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
