      Pros

      Very good salary, amazing people, opportunities to learn new technologies, very good life work balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to get a promotion even if you are performing well. Leadership team is terrible. People in the top management are ignorant and they only care about profit. No long term strategy. Continuously restructuring the company. For the last 5 years they are moving people from US and Europe to China and India.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
