Pay structure is too inconsistent, 5 yrs exp engineer is paid less than a new college hire.
Lots of politics, all the managers are just interested in politics.
No work life balance, they will ask you to come on Saturday and Sunday also.
Promotion only on buttering and not work.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
