      - A lot of organisation restructuring has happened after the parent company split(Philips). - The salaries are below market standard

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
