      Very flexible culture among managers (veey result oriented)

      Cons

      Company has been facing industry challenges, so a lot of cost reductions in place (downsizing), and organizational changes to keep competitice/profitable. Note: everything very transparent and well communicated

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
