Pros

Leader in industry, our brand opens doors, good portfolio, innovation, sustainability credentials, strong UKI team bond, strong collaboration across UKI teams, customer focused, good employment terms.

Cons

Central teams don't always listen to feedback, feedback is defended, central & Europe teams keep talking about customer centricity but we don't see the changes we ask for, operating a separate division of Systems & Service is distancing employees in the market, it doesn't work but no one outside of the market appears to be listening or acting on the feedback. Prefer to have my manager in the market and not at a distance.

Pros

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

Cons

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
