compensation and benefits (pension ao ) are good, there is enough freedom and autonomy, workin on interesting, innovative products. Focus on sustainability.

frequent reorgs, ongoing changes. understandable because of external environment challenges, but not best for lt focus. politics

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
