      Polite and professional environment, interesting products since we have both traditional lighting and advanced lighting (Smart, IOT, etc)

      Cons

      Very small business in Vietnam, so workload/ partner management is usually hectic, requires great multitasking skills or else will be overload.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
