Pros
Overall fantastic work life balance to determine own hours as long as the work gets done. High level of manager trust to individuals who want to be self-directed. As with any company or job, there are busy periods requiring long hours or work outside "regular" business day due to time zones and travel, about 20% of the time. Work culture is very collaborative and stellar individual and managers hold up the teams.
Cons
Lack of clear process and standardized expectations for individual performance. Leadership seems capable, but when they get involved in decisions they can delay actions/resolutions significantly.
