Future applicants - you should be aware of the office politics, mediocrity, and racial discrimination. You may well speak up, but HR will always find a way to act against you. Whether you have worked here for nearly a decade or only a couple of years, unless you are part of the management clique, there is a strong likelihood your career prospects will stall.
To my former colleagues of colour, I hope everything works out for you in the end.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
