Flexibility in scheduling, working alone

Cons

This is total garbage of a company. No compensation when a patient cancels, no matter how far you drive, unlike other companies that provide the same assessments for Medicare advantage members. Low census for November and December, not enough patients scheduled to make a paycheck. Incentives offered for that, however, they don’t actually come through and pay. Always giving the runaround, and provider gets screwed. One recruiter has a terrible attitude, very unhelpful and unwilling to fix issues. Another CDI LPN with an awful attitude. Also thinks she’s better than everyone else and doesn’t do her job. Overall, pay does not outweigh the negative. No chance I would ever recommend this company to a friend or family member.

The job is flexible, easy, and decent pay when patients answer

Cons

Not guaranteed hours- so if patient does not answer or do the visit you do not get paid.
