Problems with micromanage by senior and regional clinical lead, complaints from insurance and members you visit. The charting takes at least 2-3 hours to accomplish and 45 minutes minimum visit mandatory esp during CVS acquisition. Free hotel and car if you give months and months of service daily (they owe me overtime fees). I found a full/time job and part-timewith benefits plus after leaving the company.
