Management was a joke! They tried to make QA into without a plan Developers. The new CTO changed promotion criteria the first quarter of the following year after they already had a promotions criteria that was established for years. After everybody hit their marks for the previously established promotion criteria they said oh what you were pursuing before doesn't count. It has to meet the criteria from the new one we just implemented so basically they conned us out of our promotions. What a sham
