      My schedule was made for me and there was a team of people to help with just a phone call.

      The pay has not changed in years. Sometimes the home visits could be scary.

      Pros

      $21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.
