I bet you only want to work here if you are a fresher or some 35 years old manager. 1. Small company 50-70 so if you have ideas you can implement it and in your own way. 2. Can learn more technologies at a time. 3. You can have client project in your carrier start up
Cons
Alot are there : 1. Worst or biased HR policies , can change over a night. 2. Salary Hike is based on Manager shoe polishing , they forget all of your past 1 year hardwork. 3. Non-technical manager. They don't even know basic concepts. 4. Working hour can extend upto 9-12 plus no extra bonus / no meals / no transport facility. 5. If you try to switch to other company they start blackmailing or extending your relieving to extra 2 months.
