Pros
They hire mainly based on capabilities, so if feel like being really good but can't prove it with a CV they are a good fit. Also the company feels like a "family business", with a relaxed atmosphere and no-bullshit rules.
Cons
a disproportionate amount of employees is students or fresh graduees. This means that after around 5 years at the company you will be among the best employees, so will have nowhere to learn from. also the company feels like a bodyshop, with little to none own projects but mainly contracting its employees to various companies
