      Sanjay was the best CEO I have had the pleasure to work with. He was able to forge a loyal team of diverse leaders, embed operational excellence in company processes at a time of rapid expansion, and inspire both clients and employees to climb new heights every day. I particularly valued his personable and transparent style that keeps everyone confident and focused on execution at critical times when the company pivots.
