Cons
-Lack of team communication, rarely have team meetings at all, longest gap I've had is 6 months
-You have to work independently because the senior lack the knowledge to provide guidance, sometimes even fresh grad can code better than seniors.
-Using outdated stacks such as Yii2 framework, SVN, despite repeated requests for change.
-The company only hires fresh graduates/interns, possibly due to financial constraints or maybe experienced seniors would avoid a company using outdated technology stacks.
-Good apple won't stay long, because they would never want to stay in a company that is not improving
