      Pros

      Silktide is one of those rare companies that you might be lucky to join. The product is fantastic and are making difference in thousands of organisations world wide. Management are fantastic and I have a hard time seeing that being better anywhere. There is a great trust in all employees, no micromanagement and generally it is a people first culture where people are hired to keep bringing/ and building a great culture.

      Pros

      Fast work environment: If you like working on bleeding edge things, this is the company for you. You will most likely be working with novel architectures that have never been seen before, Pets: The office is pet friendly! Food: You will not starve here.

      Fast work environment: If you don't like working on bleeding edge things, and are more comfortable maintaining legacy systems, this may not be the job for you.
