      Meet with helpful colleague, that willingness to help.

      Cons

      Those management stay in the company for long time reluctance to move out of it comfort zone. Talk alot but no action.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
