Pros
They do a green card! Each employee has a cabinet! No pressure (I am not sure if this is a good thing). Most of employees come at work after 9 AM and leaving 5 PM. Maybe a good place before retirement (you get a paycheck and there is no pressure at work). If you speak russian you do not need to learn any english (a lot of russian speaking guys from Belarus) At least before it was not real interview process... to get into company you just need to be related to someone working there. Most old timers bring their relatives and friends from former soviet union. So it looks like a big happy family... sort of :)
Cons
Base salary is below market. No bonuses... you just get base salary and this is it :) Old technologies and old products with customer support. Poor quality and no real QA. No growth or career opportunity. Employee are not motivated
