      Learning new things daily that improve your life inside and outside of work. You meet new people everyday and build relationships. You’re able to move up at any pace you want as long as you put in the work.

      Cons

      Commission based salary and you have to devote a lot of time to the company while moving into new phases. No benefits either.

      - Great company culture - Very friendly and they push you to grow as a professional - As long as you are on the owners good side they will teat you well

      Cons

      - Struggle to stay consistent with company policy and to their word. - They force you to leave the company if you do not want to be a director within the industry, they have a "get out" mentality knowing that you are easily replaceable - Tell you its a self paced development, if you do not push yourself to grow as fast as they want they will force you to make the decision to quit -no company benefits
