Was once a wonderful organisation to work for. Salary sacrifice is a pro.
Cons
Do not work for Silver Chain.. nurses are treated very poorly overloaded with clients. Do not pay overtime, are told to take time back. Management and HR have no integrity. Organisation has a history with FWO and currently nurses are again fighting for monies owed. There is a good reason Silver Chain only rate 2.9 out of 5. THEY PROMISE EVERYTHING AND GIVE NOTHING. Managers are unethical and unprofessional.Saff are leaving in droves.
