      Woking with Silvermine was awesome, work environment and my team mates each and everyone was so friendly.

      Cons

      Everything is good at Silvermine but I wanted continue the work from home option but it is hybrid now. So I left the job.

      - Excellent leadership team - Great opportunity to learn and grow - Minimal office politics - The CEO is smart and a great mentor - The company likes spend a lot of time making sure they are taking the right steps. - Extremely empathetic and understanding with people facing genuine trouble. Always ready to go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable.

      - Frequent change in the management team with the marketing department, making familiarity with processes, daily tasks, and approaches a constant adjustment.
