The company culture is unlike most companies - they actually care about you as a person. Silversphere is very employee focused and takes employee comfort and satisfaction into consideration. They believe that happy employees create a positive work environment that flows into the customer interaction. There is room for advancement and most employees have been here for a long time.

I don't believe this is truly a con, but it can be a bit stressful learning the products and the processes used, as most things are proprietary. However, once you get it down, the sky is the limit.
