      HR has no idea what shes doing, she's just making it up as she goes. There is alot of favoritism within the company and you only get positions if your related to management.

      Work at own pace, excellent benefits

      Cons

      as a contract cleaner you have a wait for apts to become available to clean so you might not have any work for a few weeks.
