Work/Life balance is a priority here and they have a lot of flexibility. Lots of opportunities to move up if you work hard.
Cons
Projects tend to get bottlenecked for long periods of time which can be very frustrating if you're working on it, or waiting to take the project in it's next phase.
They hire only the best people and everyone is highly motivated and care about their work. This forces each employee to stretch to keep up. Small company atmosphere requires everyone to "wear many hats" and provides a lot of flexibility. While everyone is challenged, everyone is also valued for their individual contributions and valued as a person. Management cares about you as an individual and provides high personal flexibility.
Cons
Because it is a small company there is not much room for advancement. The pay is good but not exceptional.
