The company is in growth and making great strides. Cross-team interactions were surprisingly pleasant.

Expectations, especially around timelines, can be a little vague, which can be frustrating.

The team members are extremely experienced and talented. The culture is kind and respectful. Management knows what they are looking for-- but trusts the employees to execute without micro management. For a "new company" it runs smoothly - the team is flexible and encouraging.

I don't have any yet.. I am still new. As the company grows I hope the culture stays positive.
