      Pros

      The people who worked there were great - hard working, efficient, smart, and with the best of intentions, trying to make the best of a bad situation and do the right thing by their clients.

      Cons

      Shocking business practices, terrible management, no career progression, no training, terrible base pay with rarely a chance to make any more, no internal support, no HR department or anyone taking care of HR, no recognition for doing an amazing job... just absolutely terrible.

      Pros

      Met some fantastic people who are amazingly talented. Learned a lot about how not to run a business.

      Cons

      Required to work long hours for very little rewards. There is always a promised pot of gold at the end of the rainbow but like rainbows the more you chase the further away they get.
