      Genuine colleagues, good facilities, remote work opportunity, remote territory

      Cons

      Lack of management vision, total lack of leadership, upper management explicitly want puppets. Global Sales lead is the most uninspiring inpersonal manager I have ever encountered. No vision, no strategic plan, no direction.
