Pros
I have been at SimonComputing for about 6 months now. I enjoy the collaborative work environment and the fact that the ownership is truly invested in not only the success of the company, but also the employees. The focus is clearly on hiring passionate people, and then allowing that passion to come out in the work that is being done.
Cons
Company intranet and internet could use a bit of work. I think given that the company is small that resources may be limited. Although using the intranet and other technology may help the company to streamline a few things for employees.
