      Pros

      You can work fully remotely and the team is small.

      Cons

      Training and management are weak, pay is mediocre, there are no benefits, and it's very difficult to keep clients happy.

      Pros

      Very professional, friendly and always willing to help grow in your position and paycheck. I have enjoyed my 6 month contract, that ended up being 1yr 8 months. My placement on the job was great and with great teammates. I have zero complaints!

      Cons

      The only send paychecks once a month, but they help out there as well, if needed. This space is for cons, but that is the only one I have. If you choose SimPalm like I did, you won't regret it. You will grow fast, so long as your not lazy. LoL
