      Gain lots of experience quickly. Able to work in lots of different types of businesses.

      Cons

      On Call is horrible and management refuses to make it better. Management tells everyone to follow company values and refuses to eat the sandwich they made. Management doesn't keep their own promises and will lie to your face, document everything.
