      Good salary Good leave policy

      Good projects to work on but employees never get enough bandwidth to do great work. Unrealistic commitments and targets set by leadership. Workspace has a negative vibe always because employees have no trust in leadership. Toxic work culture.

      Freedom to work without being micro managed Approachable CEO Early stage so lots of learning Still small team so great growth opportunities within the company Competitive salaries and great employee benefits

      Flat organisation structure leading to role confusion - last heard this has been fixed with a strong leadership team.
