- CEO's resilience - Ticked multiple boxes that a B2C start-up needs - The culture was decently good, and I found great people while working - HR was perfect and genuinely cared about employees - Has a good off-site culture - Transitioned to a hybrid set-up seamlessly - Lot to learn, pretty good exposure for someone in the Start-up world - All hands, every week, ensured that employees are transparently communicated
Cons
- Leadership hiring (inconsistent folks with a lack of alignment) - The Founder's office team created turbulence - Lacked proper leadership guidance/support (esp. in product) - Ops teams suffered under improper setup (could've improved now) - Pivots to multiple products, lost focus on core product, led to overhiring
