Pros
First and foremost, the leadership team is impeccable. Everyone is deeply invested in the growth of each team member. Yunha creates an openly communicative, constructively critical, highly collaborative culture that allows for each individual to have well-defined goals, ownership of one's responsibilities, and a vision for the next steps in one's career. Everyone on the team has great talent in their role, is willing to learn from others, as well as educate for perspective and achievement of our shared goal to help as many people as we can to live better, every day. The interview process was incredibly personable from start to finish. I met with multiple members of the team in different departments to make sure it was a fit throughout the team.
Cons
There is definitely an expectation to take ownership of your responsibilities, as well as take initiative in pursuit of company goals. If you like to be micro-managed I'd look elsewhere.
