Pros
I feel like this company takes care of me. We all work well together as a team to accomplish our goals together. I have so many opportunities to learn and grow here. The overall work environment is just great, being at work is never a chore and, honestly, can even be quite refreshing. I enjoy spending time working here and I always feel like my needs are met and my concerns are taken into account. I feel like everyone's is very self motivated to do a great job here and that is rare to find in other work places. As long as you're open to learn, change, adapt and grow, working here is awesome.
Cons
If you aren't open to learning new things and taking on new tasks, you will have a very hard time here. Change happens here a lot, but I feel like it's always in the right direction. If you come in everyday willing to do your best at whatever needs to be done, you won't have any problems.
