Great people to work with. Very talented group of people that all add unique value to the company.

Important positions remain vacant, which causes a heavier workload and more responsibilities that are put on people, which leads to burnout.

Very friendly, laid back environment that has fun while still managing to get a lot of work done. The company has shifted several times down various ventures, but it definitely feels like it has identified the core ingredient it excels at. Even though the company is growing it still has that small family feel where you can easily access upper management to let your voice be heard. Prove yourself and upper management tends to trust that you can handle a project without micromanagement. Outside of required business decisions if you do your job, are a team player and follow the rules... you'll likely never have to worry about your job.

Growing Pains - The company is still young and many prior adventures have been taken to find out what works. Sadly, that's resulted in a number of layoffs. Everyone hates to see that, but at the end of the day it's part of business and the business has to be successful for it to exist. No 401K. Ideas and Policies change often with the company. This is understandable as they have to adapt to the steady growth/change. However, on the surface it does annoy the employees.
