      Owner sold company to Porch, inc and now it’s micromanaged and they over work and under pay you. Then eventually they will lay you off.

      I loved working for SML and have zero compaints.

      Cons

      During the slow season jobs became scarse but if you managed your money right suring the busy season it was enough to hold you over.

      It's an easy job by itself.

      Cons

      Management can't keep things straight for a week. Lack of Support from Management. They have decided to due Quantity instead of Quality. So everything is suffering Below market pay. Anybody above Call Center Director just stays hidden. I have no clue who runs the company. The company is only like 20 US strong employees the rest is from Mexico.
