Great environment, amazing coworkers, accessible leadership.

Could have larger teams to assist with workload.

The onboarding and communication prior to working was fantastic. Culture is casual and light, easy to talk to anyone during meetings.

Eventually communication erodes into what you can do for the company and how much work you need to do. No one has time for anything but work, and all meetings are based on the overall company not at all about celebrating small departmental wins. You have to even ask if you will have days off or where people are when they don't have OOO statuses up. Everyone is tied up in meetings or not in office. Upper management turns a blind eye to things unless it makes them look good, then we all hear about it.
