Flexibility, benefits, PTO, dog-friendly, generally great co-workers. Company is trying hard to grow. Most employees are bought into shared goals and company success. Decent work-life balance. Free lunch on Fridays.
Cons
Outdated tech, something is always breaking and every day seems like there's a new fire to put out. Systems and processes are improving, but have a LONG way to go. Customers have a hard time being successful. There's an excuse for everything, but not much in terms of accountability. We struggle to deliver strong results on what we market as our core-competency. Most problems are talked about as an "easy-fix" but take months to get a half-decent resolution in place...and then that usually breaks too. Lots of focus on big-money enhancements and projects, but not on fixing core issues. Completely founder owned, no oversight for the CEO. No stock options or performance incentives.
