Benefits, food beer, challenges, excitement, the freedom to bring your furry children to work, the freedom to take your dog out as many times as you want. Pool tables, snacks, outings...much more. I truly love this place. For the most part I enjoy everybody I work with!

Mostly unwarranted drama. Again, these negative reviews. Why is it so easy for someone to claim that any positive review on here isn’t actually a person who does enjoy working at Simplepart? If you're constructive about what you may or may not like about a company, sure. Go for it. Don't be awful. AND don’t claim these positive reviews are the managers. Because my review and others, you tried to discredit...didn’t come from a manager. That’s unfounded. What is your deal? If you do indeed currently work at Simplepart and you actually agree with all the negative reviews, wouldn’t it beneficial for both of us (fellow co-workers) if you find another place? Is it that gratifying to infect a company (anonymously) from the inside, considering there are many, many people who enjoy working here and who care? This is my con; some of these strategically planted negative reviews; negative anonymity and no solution. Quit treating Glassdoor like a bully in a schoolyard and find other things to do with your time. ** now that i've said that, some actual cons I feel are that ACTUALLY relate to working at simplepart: communication of large projects in a timely manner can sometimes get lost however, with new project management things in place, we are looking better. Hiring more people. Office space (sq ft)
