SimpleRelevance is an amazing organization filled with talented leaders and individuals who want to succeed. Every day was exciting walking into the office, and everyone is ready to work.

It is still a start up so things are run unconventionally. But at the end of the day, it is a successful organization.

Flat hierarchical structure means that you can think up new and interesting ideas and get them approved rather than wading through the bureaucracy of multi tier established corporate entity. You have a lot of creative freedom. I always felt like I was making a contribution to the company and you really see the results of your work. 1871 has a great atmosphere and is a fun and interesting place to work Interesting Co-workers and a good culture. The leadership really pushed social events which made the team pretty tight knit. They have a great product and it was very interesting to work with it. This company may be a startup, but from what I have seen they are have a high chance of future success and stability.

Working inside 1871 means that you have to share space with a lot of people and it can be somewhat noisy, other than that this employer has a lot going for it.
