Great working dynamic. – CEO and the team are dedicated to having a positive impact on the world – Open, honest, and constructive feedback is provided with the desire to help team members grow – Love the work-life balance and schedule flexibility – Generous and unexpected profit share paid out at the end of the year – CEO that genuinely cares about his team Note: Although Simplero is not perfect, I genuinely love working for Calvin and this company and have grown so much over the past year.

Cons

- A lot of change happens. It's rarely a negative change but can be hard to adjust to sometimes. I’ve also seen a lot of growth throughout the company due to change.
