Pros

-Work/Life Balance -The team is open to ideas -Work with very intelligent people in their field -Everyone is friendly

Cons

As a startup, the processes could still be messy and you have to help with building it out. You'll get to wear multiple hats (But this could also be considered as a pro as you'll learn a lot, too!)

Pros

- Strong company values: The company’s core values align perfectly with mine, creating a positive and motivating work environment. - High level of autonomy: I have the freedom to make decisions and manage my own work, which boosts job satisfaction. - Supportive and talented colleagues: I work with some of the best people on earth, who are not only skilled but also incredibly supportive. - Fairness and transparency: The company promotes fairness and transparency in all its processes, making it a trustworthy place to work. - Great work-Life balance: The company respects personal time and promotes a healthy work-life balance. - Positive work culture: The work culture is inclusive, collaborative, and very positive.

Cons

Underdog status: Being an underdog can be seen as both a pro and a con depending on your perspective. On the positive side, it drives us to fight to be the best at what we do, aligning our values with our clients. However, this also means we don’t have much money or time to waste, which can be challenging for some people.

Pros

- Talented coworkers that you'll really get along with and learn a lot from - Autonomy to make your own decisions and communicate how you think certain features or processes could be best implemented

Cons

Simplesat is a bootstrapped startup. This is great for getting to design new systems and improving project management skills. However, it might not offer the same experience in building large-scale software as FAANG companies do.
